Often times collab houses have themes to cater to similar interests and lifestyles (e.g. hacker house for coders, launch house for entrepreneurs, or hype house for influencers).

This varies depending on the size and location of the house as well as the house amenities and amount of people living there. It is possible to find a bed in a collab house for as low as $400-$500 dollars a month!
